For over 7 years, David served as a property manager for rental buildings, condos, and coops throughout NYC. Having worked closely with landlords and coop/condo boards allows him to give his clients a unique perspective. As a Salesperson and leader of the Sereny&Soltero team, David is intent on going out of his way to provide the highest quality of service to ensure the highest value on a sale or rental. On the buying side, David evaluates each property as if it were his purchase and will negotiate the best deal for his clients.
