Not rocket science. If you home is worth, lets say, $10m and your broker charges a 6% rate you will pay $600,000 for their service. Is any salesperson truly bringing $600,000 in added value to a sale? Absolutely not.

Our commission rates don’t gouge your net profit. If we secure a direct buyer for your home you will pay only 1%, gaining up to $500,000. If a cooperating broker procures a buyer our rate is 3%, gaining up to $300,000.
